We provide end‑to‑end visa support: we give a clear checklist at application, review and organise documents, lodge the visa on your behalf, arrange medicals/biometrics, and follow up with immigration — keeping you updated throughout. We also assist with visitor visas for accompanying parents.

Pre-departure Briefing

Before you travel, we run comprehensive briefings for students and parents covering arrival expectations, visa conditions and compliance, customs and prohibited items, and practical tips for settling in. Sessions include checklists, Q&A, and opportunities to meet fellow students heading to Australia so you leave prepared, confident and connected.

Flight Booking

We source affordable, student‑friendly flights and handle all booking details so you travel with confidence. Provide your travel dates early to get the best fares. We also arrange return or companion flights for parents visiting or escorting students, compare convenient routes and offers, and deliver clear itineraries and booking support.

Airport pickup on arrival

We arrange a representative to meet you on arrival in Australia so you’re not left stranded. After you provide flight details, we’ll meet you (and any accompanying family), assist with arrival formalities and luggage, and escort you to your accommodation. We also track your flight for delays, provide transfer and check‑in assistance, supply an orientation pack with emergency contacts and local maps, can arrange temporary housing if needed, and offer 48‑hour follow‑up support to resolve any issues.
